Construction Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and guiding a field construction team (usually consisting of 4 members)

• Engaging in active construction projects focused on the development of municipal, industrial, and agricultural liquid storage systems.

• Utilizing power tools and equipment for the assembly of tank systems, including impact tools, torque wrenches, and caulking devices.

• Enforcing and implementing safety protocols on-site.

• Contributing to project timelines through dependable execution, collaboration, and a strong work ethic.

• Communicating with the project team regarding progress, challenges, and potential delays.

• Managing administrative tasks such as timesheets and inspections.

• Assisting in the coordination of labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in the construction industry.

• Strong time management skills with the capacity to perform well under pressure.

• Valid Class G driver’s license or ability to reach the crew meeting point.

• Willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks.

• Comfort with working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.

• Previous experience operating equipment such as Telehandlers, Skid Steers, and elevated work platforms.

• Ability to comprehend both oral and written instructions.

• Attention to detail, precision, and an appreciation for cleanliness and organization on the job site.

• Demonstrates leadership by example, upholding a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
