Construction Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of design development and construction detailing for multiple homes at once.

• Identify and address issues at key construction junctures before they reach the site.

• Analyze drawings meticulously to detect constructability issues — conflicts, gaps, and ambiguities.

• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to maintain clear documentation.

• Ensure reporting is tight, consistent, and dependable — no missed tasks.

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers across various time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience coordinating or executing residential projects at a developer, architecture firm, or construction company.

• Managed a substantial number of homes concurrently.

• Experience with US projects and an understanding of American construction practices.

• Based in India and comfortable collaborating with a US-facing team.

• Familiarity with Revit or BIM tools is advantageous, but strong construction knowledge is a must.
