This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage a diverse range of construction projects from their initial stages to completion and handover.
• Serve as the Facilities Maintenance Lead, assisting in the daily operational performance of clinics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure clear project objectives and alignment with goals.
• Coordinate project delivery, track progress against the schedule, and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines.
• Supervise multiple projects, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate a seamless transition into operational use, ensuring readiness for clinical operations and inspections.
• Organize both planned and reactive maintenance across the estate, guaranteeing safety, compliance, and suitability for purpose.
• Ensure all statutory inspections, certifications, and records are completed and maintained for compliance and audit readiness.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering construction projects, preferably in healthcare or similar regulated sectors.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple projects concurrently while engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, including the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.
• Familiarity with the JCT suite of contracts.
• Experience in facilities management, encompassing compliance, maintenance planning, and contractor performance oversight.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or similar are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort in managing complexities in a fast-paced environment.
