Construction AI Technology Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership and functional teams of the operating company to uncover practical AI use cases that enhance speed, consistency, communication, and administrative efficiency.

• Spearhead the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other sanctioned AI tools across operating companies while adhering to IT and security protocols.

• Assess workflows in areas such as estimating, project management, procurement, finance support, service administration, HR support, and executive reporting to identify opportunities for AI integration.

• Create and provide training for leaders, managers, and staff on the effective utilization of Microsoft Copilot and related applications.

• Initiate and support pilot projects with selected operating companies and business functions.

• Record lessons learned, successful use cases, and scalable practices that can be disseminated throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, operations, information systems, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Proven experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, business systems adoption, process enhancement, change management, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot applications and their use cases.

• Experience in training or enabling users across various technical skill levels.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the capability to convey technical functionalities in practical business terms.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

• Sound judgment with the ability to differentiate between substantial business value and technology implemented merely for its own sake.

• Previous experience in construction, building services, industrial services, or field-oriented operations is highly desirable.
