Conservation Leadership Initiative Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist the Chapter Conservation Manager with various aspects of the Audubon CLI program.

• Oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and engagement processes for the upcoming CLI cohort.

• Facilitate outreach efforts to colleges and universities throughout Florida.

• Communicate with potential applicants.

• Manage the application and selection procedures.

• Support onboarding and orientation initiatives.

• Maintain program records as well as participant information.

• Aid in logistics and facilitation for CLI activities, including events at the Audubon Assembly this fall.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of coursework in an environmental field or a related discipline.

• A genuine interest in environmental issues, birds, and wildlife.

• Experience in event planning.

• Background in working with or leading college groups or clubs.

• Valued experience in fostering inclusive and collaborative work environments.

• A self-motivated individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
