This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance TTM's comprehensive conflict minerals compliance program across all product divisions.
• Develop and sustain the annual conflict minerals program calendar — ensuring that all milestones, deadlines, and filing requirements are fulfilled.
• Act as TTM's primary internal subject matter expert and external contact for all conflict minerals related issues.
• Maintain thorough program documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit trails.
• Provide regular updates on the program's status to senior leadership, including the CFO, CEO, and Board as needed.
• Stay informed about changing regulatory requirements and proactively update the program as necessary.
• Lead the annual collection process for the CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template) from TTM's global supplier base across all divisions.
• Manage data collection programs for the Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) and Additional Minerals Reporting Template (AMRT).
• Track and report on supplier response rates — identifying gaps and driving completion through systematic follow-up.
• Validate supplier submissions against the RMI (Responsible Minerals Initiative) database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and document non-compliant smelters and refiners within TTM's supply chain.
• Engage directly with suppliers to address non-compliance issues regarding smelters — facilitating their removal from the supply chain.
• Maintain TTM's supplier smelter database, including CID number records and conformance status tracking.
• Prepare and coordinate TTM's annual SEC Form SD and Conflict Minerals Report filing.
• Ensure that TTM's program substantially adheres to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains.
• Monitor and interpret developing regulatory requirements — including Dodd-Frank, EU CMR (EU 2017/821), EU CSDDD, and updates to OECD guidance.
• Collaborate with Legal counsel on annual disclosure obligations, filing reviews, and regulatory interpretations.
• Support internal and external conflict minerals audits as well as customer compliance reviews.
• Develop and maintain TTM's conflict minerals policy, ensuring it aligns with current regulatory standards.
• Respond to customer conflict minerals questionnaires, portal submissions, and compliance audit inquiries.
• Assist customer-facing teams with conflict minerals data and documentation across PCB, RF&S, and Integrated Electronics.
• Represent TTM in industry conflict minerals working groups and forums as appropriate.
• Develop and deliver conflict minerals training to internal teams — including procurement, quality, sales, and supply chain.
• Create and distribute communications to suppliers regarding conflict minerals requirements, policy updates, and program modifications.
• A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Political Science, or a related field is required.
• At least 8 years of direct experience in conflict minerals compliance, responsible sourcing, supply chain sustainability, or product compliance.
• Proven experience in managing CMRT data collection and engaging suppliers at scale.
• Experience in preparing or supporting SEC conflict minerals filings is preferred.
• A background in electronics, PCB, semiconductor, aerospace, or defense manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Expert understanding of Dodd-Frank Section 1502 and SEC conflict minerals regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation (EU 2017/821) and CSDDD.
• Familiarity with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains.
• Experience with RMI tools — CMRT, EMRT, AMRT — and navigation of the RMI database.
• Proficiency with the Assent compliance platform or a similar conflict minerals data management tool.
• Strong skills in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence suppliers across various regions and cultures.
