📋 Description

• Configure the grants management system based on the specific needs and workflow requirements of clients.

• Establish system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation pathways.

• Ensure that configuration changes adhere to internal standards and preserve platform integrity.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to configuration.

• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Validate data accuracy and address inconsistencies in workflows or setups.

• Work alongside client-facing teams to comprehend agency requirements and convert them into system solutions.

• Convey configuration logic to stakeholders who may not have a technical background.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to configurations and update knowledge bases accordingly.

• Engage in QA testing for updates, releases, and the introduction of new features.

• Ensure that implementations align with compliance, functional, and user experience standards.

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to finalize feedback loops.

• Propose enhancements to boost workflow efficiency and streamline configuration processes.

• Assist in onboarding new clients through platform configuration and data alignment.

• Possess analytical skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a high level of responsiveness.

• Capable of configuring and maintaining a grants management system to meet client needs and workflow specifications.

• Skilled in setting up system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation pathways.

• Proficient in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting configuration-related issues.

• Able to validate data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies in workflows or setups.

• Competent in understanding agency requirements and translating them into effective system solutions.

• Effective in communicating with non-technical stakeholders clearly and succinctly.

• Capable of preparing and maintaining configuration documentation and updating knowledge bases.

• Able to participate in QA testing for updates, releases, and new features.

• Collaborative with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
