This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a group of configuration analysts—both onshore and offshore—to guarantee the successful implementation of a fully configured HealthRules system.
• Ensure that implementation activities align with company standards, meeting all project milestones and objectives.
• Take on a leadership role to support and promote active implementation initiatives, which will involve client interaction as well as collaboration with other departments within the organization.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide clients on their business challenges.
• Track progress, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team (onshore and offshore), offering guidance, support, and solutions to complex issues to ensure high-quality deliverables and ongoing professional development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience or knowledge of HealthRules Payor, a claims processing system, is essential.
• Experience in implementing one or more lines of business such as Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial, Self-funded, etc., is required.
• Experience working in an offshore model is a must.
