Configuration and Technical Setup Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute hands-on configuration of the platform based on documented specifications and the needs of members.

• Take ownership of the essential operational processes required to onboard new members, which includes managing and executing tasks such as member file uploads and comprehensive onboarding setup within the system.

• Offer vital support during User Acceptance Testing phases, which entails preparing test environments, assisting members with test execution, documenting feedback, and ensuring all configurations meet quality standards prior to going live.

• Serve as the technical liaison for basic integration setup, assisting with troubleshooting configuration-related issues and providing operational support that connects the member with our engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical implementation, system administration, or platform configuration.

• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to process adherence and quality assurance.

• Proficient in managing data imports/uploads and working with structured data formats (e.g., CSV, XML).

• Familiarity with standard UAT processes and the ability to guide users through testing phases.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills for collaboration with both internal teams and external members.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:

• Desktop or laptop featuring at least:

• An Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device:

• Must match or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.

• Must be operational during power interruptions.

• A functional webcam.

• A noise-canceling USB headset.

• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
