This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in shaping the content strategy by gathering, organizing, and reporting data related to conference programs.
• Keep an eye on industry and competitive trends to generate content ideas and aid in planning initiatives.
• Oversee the collection and organization of feedback from attendees and speakers, extracting key insights to inform future programming choices.
• Handle communications and logistics with speakers to guarantee a seamless experience from onboarding through to onsite execution.
• Lead the coordination of speaker applications and agreements, ensuring precise record-keeping, tracking deliverables, and promoting timely completion of all deadlines.
• Continuously update and maintain conference schedules across internal platforms, verifying the accuracy of session information.
• Aid in organizing stage talent, including scheduling, communication, and onsite execution support.
• Assist in the creation and proofreading of marketing messages and materials for websites, email campaigns, social media, and signage.
• Support speaker management before and during the event, encompassing check-in, briefing, and session preparation.
• Travel to events to provide onsite assistance, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for attendees and speakers.
• Manage the tracking of session performance metrics (attendance, engagement) and help compile post-event reports.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and timelines to ensure the smooth and timely execution of conference deliverables.
• Support cross-functional meetings by documenting notes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables.
• Oversee conference programming and speaker logistics within SessionBoard, including session setup, scheduling, and content updates.
• Maintain and refresh event, sponsor, and exhibitor data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy across teams.
• At least 2 years of business experience is required.
• Strong project management capabilities and a proactive work ethic.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines through effective problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficient in high-level business communication to interact with external stakeholders and all levels of staff.
• Proven ability to collaborate as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to events as necessary; must be able to travel by plane and accommodate overnight stays.
