This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in shaping the content strategy by gathering, organizing, and reporting data across conference programs.
• Keep an eye on industry and competitive trends to generate content ideas and aid in planning efforts.
• Facilitate the collection and organization of feedback from attendees and speakers, pinpointing key insights to guide future programming choices.
• Oversee communications and logistics for speakers, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to onsite execution.
• Spearhead the coordination of speaker applications and agreements, maintaining precise records, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of all deadlines.
• Regularly update and maintain conference schedules on internal platforms, ensuring accuracy of session details.
• Assist in coordinating stage talent, focusing on scheduling, communication, and onsite execution.
• Aid in the development and proofreading of marketing messaging and materials for websites, email campaigns, social media, and signage.
• Provide support for pre-show and onsite speaker management, including check-in, briefing, and session preparedness.
• Travel to events to offer onsite support, guaranteeing a seamless and professional experience for attendees and speakers.
• Track session performance metrics (attendance, engagement) and help compile post-event reports.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and timelines to assure smooth and timely execution of conference deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables.
• Manage conference programming and speaker logistics within SessionBoard, including session setup, scheduling, and content updates.
• Keep event, sponsor, and exhibitor data up to date within Salesforce to ensure accuracy across teams.
• At least 2 years of business experience is required.
• Strong project management abilities and the initiative to lead proactively.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines through effective problem-solving and time management skills.
• Strong aptitude for high-level business communication to connect with external parties and all levels of staff.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a TEAM, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to events as necessary; must be able to fly and accommodate overnight stays.
