Concur Analyst, Travel & Expense

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in daily project and support tasks, which include analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, integration, and reporting activities.

• Involve yourself in projects related to HCP and HCO data as it interfaces with CRMs, MDMs, Transparency Reporting Systems, and accounting and expense systems.

• Offer application troubleshooting, production support, and oversee the support queue.

• Create data flow diagrams, process mapping, and update/maintain system documentation.

• Monitor integration alerts and collaborate to resolve any failures.

• Implement product enhancements; comprehend and document business processes and requirements.

• Take part in the review, planning, testing, and implementation of regularly scheduled system upgrades and/or enhancements following Vertex’s Change Review Process.

• Build collaborative relationships with IT colleagues, Corporate Services, Commercial/Clinical teams, external vendor partners, and various operational teams to help design, develop, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, another technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to rapidly learn new tools based on a conceptual understanding of technology.

• Adaptability to a continuously evolving and fast-paced business environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of sound project management practices as well as the fundamentals of the System Lifecycle (SLC) and Information Technology operational practices.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, PowerBI).

• Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira, or BMC Remedy).

• Preferred experience administering and integrating SAP Concur Travel and Expense.

• Preferred experience with CRM Systems (Veeva CRM).

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred (familiarity with HCP and HCO data).
