Concrete Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the concrete team.

• Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols specific to the company and the site.

• Manage and engage in the processes of concrete forming, reinforcing steel installation, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks.

• Accurately complete daily logs, time sheets, and necessary project documentation.

• Professionally represent the company at the work site.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in supervising structural concrete activities on heavy, highway, or civil construction projects.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and construction layouts.

• Hands-on experience with construction equipment and performing concrete work.

• Extensive knowledge of concrete forming systems, reinforcing steel, placement techniques, and finishing processes.

• Familiar with TDOT/DOT, ACI, and project-specific concrete specifications.
