This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Establishing and nurturing partnerships with our clients

• Conducting analysis of logs and system data

• Engaging with and managing both internal and external stakeholders

• Effectively communicating, educating, and sharing information with individuals who may not have a technical background

• Assisting our customers in diagnosing issues and supporting specific requests

• Serving as the main technical contact for our clients

• Advocating for our customers within the Arctic Wolf Team

• Providing mentorship to junior analysts in both technical and interpersonal skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Security, Network Security, or Cyber Security

• An additional 3+ years as a Network Administrator, System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or in a similar role is highly preferred

• Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise IT Security, including: Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Antivirus, Content Filtering, and Proxies

• Familiarity with Enterprise IT Operations, including: Networking, Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Server, and Cloud Infrastructures

• Ability to analyze log and system data from the aforementioned areas and other IT systems

• Proficient in using one or more scripting tools and languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
