This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead and nurture your team.
β’ Oversee 3-4 Team Leads across all concierge operations.
β’ Provide daily coaching, feedback, and support to enhance their judgment and leadership skills.
β’ Manage shift operations.
β’ Oversee all client-facing activities during your shift.
β’ Ensure exceptional client experiences.
β’ Take ownership of the complete client journey during your shift.
β’ Drive process excellence.
β’ Submit a minimum of 2 documented process improvements each month.
β’ Collaborate across Ascend.
β’ Work closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams.
β’ Minimum of 4 years experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
β’ At least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
β’ Strong proficiency in GDS, preferably Sabre.
β’ Data-driven mindset.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to remain calm under pressure.
