Concierge Banking Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as a dedicated relationship manager for high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional, personalized service across all banking requirements.

• Cultivate and sustain in-depth client relationships to grasp their financial objectives, preferences, and service expectations.

• Offer tailored concierge services that encompass account management, transaction support, travel assistance, and exclusive banking benefits.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance client relationships and direct clients to the relevant specialists.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies during client engagements and transactions.

• Efficiently address client issues and inquiries while upholding high standards of service and confidentiality.

• Coordinate exclusive client events or experiences to foster loyalty and engagement.

• Travel to client locations, prospects, branches, and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 3–5+ years of experience in private, retail, or concierge banking.

• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and sales performance.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial products and services, including investments, credit, and insurance.

• High level of discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive and confidential client information.

• Clear and effective communicator.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Capable of influential communication with cross-functional leadership.

• Expertise in change management and program governance.

• Strong regulatory awareness and risk management skills.

• Willingness to travel to client offices, prospects, branches, and industry events.
