This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a dedicated relationship manager for affluent clients, providing exceptional service across various banking needs.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to gain insights into their financial objectives, preferences, and service expectations.

• Offer tailored concierge services, which include account management, transaction assistance, travel support, and access to exclusive banking benefits.

• Work in conjunction with internal departments.

• Discover opportunities to enhance client relationships and connect clients with relevant specialists.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies throughout client interactions and transactions.

• Efficiently address client concerns and inquiries while upholding high standards of service and confidentiality.

• Organize exclusive client events or experiences to foster loyalty and engagement.

• Travel to client offices, prospective clients, branches, and industry events as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–5+ years of experience in private, retail, or concierge banking.

• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and sales performance.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, credit, and insurance.

• Professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential client information.

• Clear and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
