Computer Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document user requirements, procedures, and/or issues to enhance existing systems

• Partner with business stakeholders to devise solutions and rectify system shortcomings

• Evaluate solutions to ensure optimal functionality of the system

• Oversee integrated system interfaces for errors and address them as needed

• Create and distribute instructional materials while providing training on the system

• Directly assist in resolving all software-related issues with the purchasing to transportation interfaces

• Support suppliers utilizing the OASIS portal and all related vendor applications

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree is preferred in Business Management, Information Technology, Global Supply Chain, OR a Bachelor's degree accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience, OR an Associate's degree with at least 4 years of experience, OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of experience

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with both internal and external customers

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for effective verbal and written communication with all levels of management and individual contributors

• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice

• Willingness and ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours (including weekends and shutdowns) as required

• Proficient in SAP S4 with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in basic areas such as Supply Chain, Operations, and Visibility
