This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implements computer systems through a systematic approach involving requirements analysis and conceptual design.
• Conducts site surveys, system design reviews, critical design evaluations, installation, integration, and testing.
• Performs requirements analysis for a diverse range of users in the field of office automation.
• Presents system designs for user approval during formal review sessions.
• Engages in configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for any unsatisfactory test outcomes.
• Offers solutions for identified software issue reports.
• Must hold IT-II security clearance or possess a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance prerequisites include U.S. Citizenship, a clean criminal history record, and no recent or pending bankruptcies.)
• Five (5) years of pertinent experience.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Experience in life-cycle support, encompassing maintenance, administration, and management.
