📋 Description

• Create intricate scientific workflows in the realm of computational life sciences that involve numerous analytical and computational stages.

• Generate realistic scientific datasets, input files, guidelines, constraints, and anticipated deliverables.

• Design tasks that require AI agents to analyze data, choose suitable methods, perform analyses, and troubleshoot intermediate outcomes.

• Implement expert solutions that are reproducible and grounded in objectively verifiable truths.

• Develop robust automated or semi-automated grading criteria for scientific tasks.

• Validate scientific assumptions, calculations, code, intermediate outputs, and final outcomes.

• Ensure that task dependencies, data, and computational resources can be reliably packaged in controlled environments.

• Create workflows using Python, command-line tools, scientific libraries, and relevant domain-specific software.

• Ensure that tasks evaluate scientific reasoning and execution rather than mere memorization.

• Maintain high quality and efficiency in task delivery while integrating feedback from reviewers.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent research experience in Life Sciences or a closely related discipline.

• Proficient in Python programming with proven experience in scientific computing.

• Experience in conducting multi-step computational scientific analyses.

• Proficient in working with scientific datasets and computational tools.

• Ability to independently validate scientific reasoning, calculations, and computational outputs.

• Experience in developing reproducible computational workflows and confirming expected results.

• Familiarity with scientific libraries, command-line tools, or life sciences software specific to the domain.

• Experience in scientific research that involves computational methods, data analysis, or scientific programming.
