CompTIA Tech+ Adjunct Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver synchronous online courses using Microsoft Teams every Monday and Tuesday.

• Design and structure lessons to enhance student learning and engagement.

• Adjust teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of students.

• Utilize effective instructional strategies to convey subject matter effectively.

• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and CIAT policies.

• Provide required documentation related to class obligations.

• Liaise with management regarding necessary support resources.

• Foster collaboration with fellow staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.

• CompTIA Tech+ certification is required.

• Minimum of three years of experience in the related field or two years of teaching experience.

• Experience in synchronous online teaching is preferred.

• Advanced expertise in the subject matter is preferred.

• Strong presentation, communication, and technology skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning technologies (e.g., Canvas).

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must comply with all college policies and procedures.
