Compounding Pharmacy Technician – Nights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment along with designated workspaces.

• Assist in staging raw materials and overseeing the inventory for non-sterile compounding.

• Comply with safety protocols and sustain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

• Engage in site-specific training, continuous competency evaluations, and annual revalidation.

• Keep accurate documentation, which includes batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.

• Adhere to USP standards and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Compound non-sterile medications (such as tablets, solutions, suspensions, gummy formulations, etc.) according to prescription orders and site SOPs after completing certification.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician; previous experience in a hospital or compounding environment is preferred.

• Knowledge of USP standards and non-sterile compounding processes.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements, documentation, and record-keeping.

• Capability to follow procedures and maintain compliance within a regulated environment.

• Organized, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
