Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Review and authorize content for mobile and web products, as well as marketing materials, ensuring compliance with the policies of Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, and other technology platforms.

• Address compliance issues regarding platform policies directly with partners such as Apple, Google, Meta, and TikTok.

• Provide guidance to teams on comprehending and applying platform requirements effectively.

• Keep track of policy updates and adjust company procedures to align with new regulations.

• Create internal policies, checklists, and guides, and facilitate compliance training sessions.

• Work closely with the legal department on marketing and product-related legal risks, intellectual property issues, and the protection of user personal data.

• Safeguard intellectual property by eliminating content that violates company rights.

• Perform ad hoc research as needed.

• Support other ongoing tasks within the compliance department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, both spoken and written.

• Possess a legal education or relevant experience in law/compliance.

• Exhibit strong analytical and research capabilities, especially in handling policies, regulations, and extensive information.

• Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills.

• A basic understanding of intellectual property and personal data protection is a plus.
