Compliance License and Testing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Support the facilitation of state license applications.

• Organize and oversee licensing initiatives.

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating company processes to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Conduct document reviews, data analysis, and/or evidence compilation for the Compliance Department.

• Investigate testing results and root cause issues, proposing solutions for practices that are not in compliance.

• Take ownership of and provide suggestions for enhancing Compliance Management System processes.

• Prepare and maintain reports for management review.

• Carry out other Compliance-related tasks essential for the advancement of the Compliance Management System.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Compliance monitoring and testing.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business and lending licensing.

• Experience in a technology-driven environment.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Familiarity with Asana or Jira is preferred.

• Quick learner eager to embrace new challenges.

• Strong attention to deadlines and details.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.

• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to uphold and advocate for our core values.

• Must be available to work US Pacific time from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a 1-hour break).

• Must be located in the Philippines.
