Compliance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Ensures adherence to governmental regulations

• Evaluates business needs and provides guidance to internal departments

• Cultivates relationships with market leadership teams and external regulatory bodies

• Manages Medicaid operations to secure compliance and reduce risk

• Conducts risk evaluations and formulates compliance monitoring strategies

• Deciphers state and federal regulatory standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Over 3 years of extensive experience in a Compliance or managed care environment, particularly with Medicaid

• More than 3 years of experience interpreting and advising on regulations and compliance standards within the healthcare sector

• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing and reviewing metrics related to contract compliance
