This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze complaints to identify patterns and systemic issues, converting customer challenges into actionable insights that influence Tilt’s products and services.
• Provide trend analysis and deliver clear, impactful recommendations to both frontline teams and Tilt’s leadership, promoting continuous improvement across the organization.
• Compose thoughtful and precise responses to regulatory complaints that demonstrate our dedication to transparency and trust.
• Assist in maintaining the UDAAP risk inventory by mapping Tilt's products and customer interactions to potential consumer harm exposures, ensuring risk ratings and ownership remain updated as products evolve.
• Evaluate customer support and operational procedures while testing AI chatbot workflows to identify areas posing UDAAP risk.
• Perform state-by-state regulatory research, starting with EWA and disclosure laws, and uphold a regular review schedule so Tilt can stay proactive in a rapidly changing state environment.
• Offer occasional assistance in compliance testing and monitoring initiatives, lending subject-matter expertise on specific products or regulations as required.
• Recognize and execute process enhancements within your compliance functions to decrease manual effort, reduce errors, and conduct thorough analysis.
• Continuously evaluate and refine compliance operations by leveraging automation, AI, and new technologies to bolster risk management, enhance efficiency, and support the company’s innovation-driven strategy.
• A minimum of 2 years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally and cultivate relationships across teams.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
