Compliance Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Deliver independent assurance that risk management, governance, and compliance processes and policies function effectively.

• Collaborate with the Compliance Specialist to evaluate internal operational processes.

• Assist departments in complying with licensing requirements and serve as a contact point for inquiries.

• Identify and document risks within business operating processes and escalate them for the establishment of mitigating controls.

• Conduct and report on quality assurance activities for the operational compliance team.

• Support Compliance Specialists and the Head of Compliance with administrative responsibilities, reporting, and auditing tasks.

• Review compliance-related content in marketing promotions.

• Assist in managing betting integrity escalations involving regulatory authorities and sports governing bodies.

• Update compliance sections on company websites.

• Facilitate the implementation of new or revised compliance obligations.

• Aid with compliance-related IT projects and testing activities.

• Support procedural modifications, communication efforts, and training initiatives.

• Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of compliance training programs.

• Create in-house compliance training tools with completion tracking for audit purposes.

• Maintain policy documentation and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
