This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee compliance calendars, evidence requirements, submissions, and corrective-action strategies.
• Track student data, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with enrollment and attendance protocols.
• Convert requirements into actionable checklists, workflows, training materials, documentation, and internal controls.
• Review school completion reports related to compliance training and assist school teams with technical issues regarding the compliance training platform.
• Compile and analyze both internal and external data to prepare compliance audit information, which includes school websites, policies, procedures, and the implementation of educational law.
• Keep abreast of current and new legislation, advising school leadership on necessary compliance actions for local, state, and federal legal requirements.
• Gather and coordinate internal compliance data in collaboration with other departments.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and systems to deliver administrative support to schools.
• Investigate regulatory inquiries to aid team members in understanding and achieving compliance.
• Assist in preparing and submitting authorizations, partnership renewals, and proposals for new schools.
• Maintain audit trails, issue logs, decision records, approvals, corrective-action documentation, and continuity records.
• Offer professional development and continuous compliance resources for school leaders.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
• Familiarity with student data compliance, monitoring, corrective actions, and reporting procedures.
• Previous experience in creating and documenting procedures and workflows.
• Ability to manage confidential information with responsibility and demonstrate sound judgment in maintaining confidentiality.
• Exhibits a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic.
• Capable of managing challenging or emotional client situations effectively.
• Can make informed judgments once all relevant information has been gathered or communicated.
• Displays maturity and insight regarding issues that impact the department, oneself, or the company’s well-being.
• Proven leadership and management capabilities.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must pass federal and state criminal background checks.
