Compliance Auditing & Monitoring Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the annual ABAC and/or HCC Auditing & Monitoring strategy.

• Conduct essential auditing and monitoring activities across identified risk domains.

• Examine transactions, third-party and channel partner support, documentation, and control measures.

• Aid in third-party risk management desk assessments and on-site audit procedures.

• Collect and evaluate necessary documentation against predetermined criteria.

• Detect deficiencies and assist in documenting observations, remediation strategies, and status updates.

• Monitor remediation efforts and collaborate with OpCo stakeholders to ensure completion, evidence collection, and effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Compliance-related processes.

• Utilize data analytics, dashboards, AI-driven tools, and automation to identify patterns and enhance testing efficiency.

• Report directly to the Sr. Manager of Compliance Monitoring and Data Analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Over 6 years of experience in compliance, audit monitoring, risk management, or a similar role within a regulated setting.

• Capability to analyze information and assess documentation for thoroughness and consistency.

• Skill in maintaining precise records and conveying findings clearly both in writing and verbally.

• Ability to handle multiple workstreams with a keen eye for detail, adhere to established methodologies, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across various regions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to learn about compliance systems, data tools, AI-driven solutions, and workflow automation platforms.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
