This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Oversee investigations related to carrier compliance concerning alleged breaches of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
• Document notifications, facilitate both internal and external communications, and monitor investigations to ensure timely responses.
• Analyze compliance trends through internal and external reporting, aiding in the creation of compliance guidelines and tools.
• Provide support for call center management.
• Organize, maintain, and track compliance records, reports, and analyses.
• Assist with both internal and external audits, as well as designated compliance issues.
• Evaluate advertisements, social media content, and websites created by agents.
• Offer compliance advice to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Help in the submission of marketing materials to carriers and regulatory bodies for approval.
• Support the Compliance Officer in administering and enhancing the Compliance Program.
• Aid in reporting violations or suspected violations to authorized enforcement agencies.
• Keep abreast of statutes and regulations, communicating updates throughout the Company and to downstream agents.
• Assist in developing and overseeing compliance training for staff and downstream agents.
• Monitor and coordinate compliance activities across various business units while tracking key compliance metrics.
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities and risks, helping to implement corrective action plans.
• Participate in relevant internal and external committees and assist with special projects.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in compliance.
• Experience in the insurance industry or a related sector (such as financial services or marketing).
• Carrier certification with MA/PDP.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws, as well as industry regulations.
• Understanding of the insurance services industry.
• Knowledge of general industry procedures, practices, and terminology.
• Proficiency in systems management.
• Understanding of program and project management, including outcomes, quality assurance, and measurement and interpretation of satisfaction.
• Knowledge of supervisory techniques for instruction, motivation, and training.
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and execute decisions.
