Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately collecting, cleaning, and uploading participant-level account data.

• Engaging with plan sponsors and internal stakeholders through the Parts+ recordkeeping system.

• Understanding and interpreting retirement plan provisions from plan documents and amendments.

• Ensuring reports are generated correctly based on Eligibility, Compensation, and Contributions.

• Making certain clients comply with IRS requirements for compliance activities.

• Conducting nondiscrimination testing, Loan Delinquency reporting, and Required Minimum Distributions.

• Collaborating with the Client Service Manager team and the ERISA Government & Reporting team to ensure precise and timely nondiscrimination testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 5-7+ years of experience in a financial services operations environment.

• At least 5 years of experience in Defined Contribution plan administration.

• Previous experience in reading and interpreting 401k Retirement Plan Documents is essential.

• Strong data analysis and technology skills are required.

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple issues simultaneously.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in the financial services sector.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Focused on time management, adhering to deadlines and timelines.
