Complex Liability Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage in negotiations for insurance recoveries and loss distributions directly with carriers and adjusters.

• Analyze historical insurance policy documents to create coverage charts and monitor payments.

• Investigate and reconstruct past multi-year corporate insurance programs.

• Manage the complete communication process with insurers, including notifications, tendering, and cost-sharing agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of experience assessing coverage on multi-year claims within an insurance company, law firm, or insurance archaeology firm.

• Experience with long tail claims.

• Familiarity with Complex Liability Practice.

• Knowledge of Risk Management Solutions.

• Direct experience with mass tort and long-tail claims (including Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Environmental/Pollution).

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
