This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate mid- and higher-level general auto claims to assess the extent of damages.
• Ensure the continuous adjudication of claims in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities for subrogation and negotiate settlements.
• Oversee mid-level and higher-level claims for both commercial and personal auto lines.
• Analyze liability and resolve claims based on evaluations.
• Authorize and process assigned claims, determine the benefits owed, and manage the action plan in line with the claim or client contract.
• Communicate claim actions effectively with claimants and clients.
• Ensure that claim files are thoroughly documented and that claims coding is accurate.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of four (4) years of claims management experience or a relevant combination of education and experience is required.
• Expertise in pertinent insurance principles and laws.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.
