Complex Casualty Claims Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee a team responsible for managing intricate commercial casualty claims while achieving favorable results on high-stakes cases.

• Offer strategic advice on coverage, liability, valuation, and resolution processes.

• Ensure precise reserving and collaborate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to manage costs and uphold compliance.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting accountability, growth, and teamwork.

• Strengthen connections with agents and insured parties to enhance the overall customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

• A decade of experience in casualty claims adjusting or similar fields, particularly with large and complex claims.

• Must possess all necessary state licenses as required.

• Previous leadership experience is essential.

• Insurance designations such as INS, AIC, and CPCU are preferred.
