Complaint Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Enter complaints into the SAP Complaint system

• Generate call tags and notifications for resolving complaints

• Ensure that all complaints are properly closed

• Follow up on the call tags that have been issued

• Adhere to compliance regulations and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Capability to process relevant information and make clear conclusions

• Preferred: Experience in providing customer service to both internal and external clients
