This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Spearhead technical advancements through practical development aimed at kernel generation and optimization of computational graphs for cutting-edge NVIDIA GPUs.
β’ Address intricate compilation challenges for AI inference and training tasks, and translate breakthroughs into enterprise and consumer solutions.
β’ Collaborate with software, hardware, and research specialists to design and co-architect future silicon technologies.
β’ Enhance and optimize AI workload deployments at a datacenter scale.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Over 3 years of pertinent industry experience focusing on compiler optimizations, synthesis, and placement.
β’ Proven, hands-on experience with MLIR.
β’ Outstanding programming and software design skills in C/C++ and Python.
β’ Strong capabilities in debugging, performance analysis, and test design.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
β’ Practical experience in implementing complex AI workloads on CPU, GPU, and/or custom AI accelerator architectures.
β’ Profound understanding of Large Language Model inference and its impact on computer architecture.
β’ Knowledge of designing and building comprehensive compiler frameworks from the ground up.
