This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Marketing teams to design, implement, and oversee compensation programs.
• Act as a strategic consultant to leaders and HR Business Partners regarding benchmarking, market trends, job architecture, and equity compensation.
• Assist in facilitating the annual compensation review, promotion cycles, pay equity assessments, market calibration, and survey participation.
• Develop and deliver scalable compensation structures and methodologies to support global expansion.
• Create training materials on compensation fundamentals aimed at leaders and managers.
• Construct compensation models and dashboards, analyze data, present insights, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and both internal and external partners.
• Take ownership of compensation products from inception to completion, prioritizing the customer experience.
• Formulate compliant policies and processes that foster innovation and growth while minimizing risk.
• Document compensation decisions, methodologies, processes, and policies in the compensation repository.
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and senior business leaders, while creating automated solutions for scalability.
• Report to the Sr. Director of Compensation and collaborate with the broader People team and external cross-functional partners.
• Travel approximately 10% of the time and occasionally engage in in-person project or team meetings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally supporting technical organizations or similar fields.
• Familiarity with equity compensation structures within a publicly traded company.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Experience in designing, delivering, and managing changes in compensation programs.
• Strong background in compensation analytics, including modeling and dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
• Significant experience with Human Resources Information Systems, preferably Workday.
• Knowledge of market pricing, survey participation, and access to provider survey data.
• Understanding of sales compensation plans and structures, including pay mix and on-target earnings (OTE).
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR products and services.
• Awareness of HR strategies concerning talent identification, attraction, engagement, and retention.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic environment characterized by ambiguity or the absence of a defined playbook.
• Preferred: prior experience in sales compensation design and/or administration.
• Preferred: prior experience with PAVE, Compa, or other compensation tools.
