This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

• Oversee the daily compensation operations for designated client groups.

• Provide guidance to HR business partners and leadership regarding compensation policies, procedures, and solutions.

• Engage in managing the annual compensation cycle along with other plan design initiatives.

• Contribute to the design and communication of compensation programs that are aligned with business strategies.

• Evaluate survey data and market trends to determine compensation competitiveness.

• Administer the year-end planning process and the associated planning tools.

• Conduct job evaluations for various roles within the organization.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local pay regulations.

• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in broad-based compensation.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Preference for experience in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills essential for consultation.

• Exceptional project management abilities, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
