Compensation Consultant, 12 months contract

📋 Description

• Act as the compensation subject-matter expert for Flywire’s Workday implementation, collaborating with external HCM consultants to convert compensation programs and policies into explicit business requirements.

• Offer guidance and support for decision-making regarding compensation design elements, including pay structures and alignment with job architecture.

• Evaluate and validate compensation-related results produced by external implementation partners, ensuring they align with Flywire’s philosophy, governance, and operational practices.

• Assist in compensation testing activities by defining expected outcomes, reviewing results, and pinpointing any gaps or inconsistencies.

• Document compensation principles, decision frameworks, and operational guidelines to promote consistency and scalability after implementation.

• Provide daily compensation support for APAC regions, encompassing offer and promotion reviews, job leveling, and compensation alignment.

• Facilitate benchmarking and market analysis to guide compensation decisions, especially for APAC positions.

• Support compensation cycles and off-cycle processes during the implementation phase, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and auditability.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing compensation processes, governance, and data quality as systems and operational methods evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or related HR analytics.

• Experience in supporting HRIS or Workday implementations.

• Workday compensation certification is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of working with large and complex datasets to derive insights.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experienced with benchmarking analysis.

• Familiarity with compensation surveys and benchmarking tools.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
