Compensation & Benefits Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients through proactive relationship management.

• Assess the unique needs of clients and their employees to create customized solutions.

• Assist both new and existing clients throughout all ordering processes.

• Maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.

• Provide proactive updates regarding new benefits and developments.

• Actively contribute to the enhancement of the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus structures.

• Offer strategic guidance to clients and develop personalized benefit programs.

• Spot opportunities for improvement in existing systems to effectively retain employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• Strong understanding of HR and tax-related matters.

• Ideally, experience in compensation and benefits.

• Excellent service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness.

• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-focused.

• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in handling commercial topics confidently.

• Fluent in German and English (business fluent).

• Strong project management capabilities.

• A keen interest in technical subjects.
