Compensation & Benefits Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships

• Perform needs assessments to determine clients' unique requirements

• Assist both new and existing clients throughout the entire order process

• Maintain high standards of quality and customer service

• Proactively update clients on new benefits

• Contribute to the development of the benefits portfolio

• Offer strategic guidance and create customized benefits programs

• Recognize opportunities for enhancement in current systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification

• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management

• Strong understanding of HR and tax regulations

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits

• High service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness

• Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a solution-focused approach

• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities

• Proficient in managing commercial/business matters

• Business-fluent in German and English

• Solid project management expertise and a keen interest in technical subjects
