This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.
• Cultivate and sustain trusting relationships through proactive management of client interactions.
• Recognize and address the specific needs of clients and their employees.
• Provide support to both new and existing clients throughout all engagement processes.
• Keep clients informed about new benefits and ongoing developments.
• Actively influence the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models.
• Offer strategic advice to clients.
• Create customized benefit programs.
• Pinpoint opportunities for improvement in existing systems to enhance sustainable employee retention.
• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.
• Strong understanding of HR and tax matters.
• Ideally, experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Excellent service orientation.
• High level of empathy.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Assertive personality.
• Independent, organized, and solution-focused working style.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with commercial topics.
• Business-fluent in both German and English.
• Solid project management capabilities.
• Affinity for technical subjects.
• Flexible working hours.
• Modern office located in Fuerteventura or the option for remote work across the Canary Islands.
