Compensation and Benefits Manager – Regional, Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, administer, and enhance compensation and benefits programs.

• Manage the daily analysis, implementation, and communication of pay and benefits.

• Ensure a comprehensive, fair, and competitive total compensation and benefits system.

• Assist the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager.

• Make informed decisions regarding financial, indirect financial, and nonfinancial compensation strategies.

• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and financial assessments of compensation and benefits plans.

• Ensure that compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Engage in salary and labor market surveys.

• Conduct continuous research and generate reports on industry trends, challenges, and best practices.

• Evaluate competitors’ compensation and benefits offerings and suggest improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of benefits and compensation initiatives from inception to completion.

• Knowledge in benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structuring, and incentive compensation.

• Established track record in conducting global pay market analyses and developing international compensation strategies.

• Understanding of labor laws in the EU and Eastern Europe/Russia & Ukraine; experience in Asia Pacific is advantageous.

• Preferred background in technology, CRO, or pharmaceutical sectors within high-growth settings, particularly related to compensation and reward programs in a large-scale global corporate context.

• Experience with Workday/HRIS is essential, particularly in Core and Advanced compensation modules.

• Degree-level education or equivalent is required, ideally supplemented by a post-graduate qualification in a relevant field.

• Certified Compensation Professional Certification is preferred.
