This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Deliver hands-on analytical and consultative assistance for Hangerās compensation initiatives
⢠Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to implement market-aligned compensation strategies
⢠Act as a trusted compensation advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders
⢠Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
⢠At least 7 years of experience in compensation
⢠Proficiency in HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Oracle, ADP, SAP, Workday)
⢠Familiarity with commission, incentive, or variable pay programs
⢠Annual bonus: up to 8% of base salary based on bonus criteria
