• Deliver hands-on analytical and consultative assistance for Hanger’s compensation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to implement market-aligned compensation strategies
• Act as a trusted compensation advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in compensation
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Oracle, ADP, SAP, Workday)
• Familiarity with commission, incentive, or variable pay programs
• Annual bonus: up to 8% of base salary based on bonus criteria
