• Assist with the annual processes for merit, promotions, and bonuses.
• Leverage market data and internal salary comparisons to offer compensation suggestions for new roles, internal transitions, and market assessments.
• Conduct market benchmarking for positions and engage in salary surveys.
• Collaborate with business leaders on the administration and management of short-term incentive plans.
• Aid the organization in the creation and upkeep of job descriptions, ensuring adherence to local regulations and FLSA standards.
• Serve as an advisor to external partners involved in compensation initiatives.
• Provide general reporting and data analytics support to cross-functional HR teams, including HR Operations and Talent.
• Perform additional job responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting/finance, or human resources is preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or Finance.
• Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office Excel.
• Knowledge of general compensation practices, including job evaluation and market pricing.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• A self-starter capable of working independently.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Completion of CCP coursework is preferred.
