This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assisting in the development, execution, and oversight of the company's compensation initiatives.
• Evaluating compensation data, performing market analysis, and ensuring that compensation strategies are competitive and fair.
• Conducting assessments of compensation information to maintain internal consistency and external competitiveness.
• Carrying out market research and benchmarking, analyzing trends, and offering suggestions based on industry insights.
• Aiding in the creation, maintenance, and alignment of job families, salary ranges, and compensation structures with organizational objectives and market standards.
• Compiling and upholding accurate reports and data concerning compensation metrics, trends, and comparisons, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
• Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, tracking changes and implementing necessary updates.
• Assisting in the design, management, and assessment of incentive and bonus programs, recommending enhancements.
• Offering guidance and addressing employee and management queries regarding pay structures, adjustments, and incentive programs with effective communication.
• Recognizing and executing process improvements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation operations.
• Collaborating with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of compensation practices with organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP - Certified Compensation Professional) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in compensation software and tools (e.g., PayScale, MarketPay, Compensate).
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, especially in compensation and/or benefits modules; experience in Workday implementation is a bonus.
• Understanding of total rewards programs, including benefits, wellness, and perks, with the capacity to integrate these into comprehensive compensation strategies.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and discretion when managing confidential information.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
