This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluates compensation requests from Business Partners and/or management by performing thorough market analyses, which include external benchmarking, internal equity assessments, and formulating data-driven recommendations for individual roles or job families.
• Oversees various bonus and incentive plans, aids in the annual salary planning process, and provides accrual estimates and payout calculations for the Finance department.
• Collaborates with HRIS to ensure data accuracy across Compensation and HR systems by integrating new functionalities, refining compensation processes, conducting tests, and maintaining job profiles and compensation frameworks in Workday.
• Works alongside People Development and management to assess roles throughout the organization and create recommendations that facilitate clear career advancement, suitable job titles, compensation ranges, and FLSA classifications.
• Cooperates with People Development, HRIS, and leadership to assist in organizational design initiatives, including role structuring, job architecture, and span of control, ensuring alignment with career frameworks and compensation strategy.
• Engages annually in external market and salary surveys, gathering and analyzing compensation data to evaluate and maintain the company’s competitive market standing.
• Involves in special projects and executes other duties as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of pertinent work experience across various industries emphasizing compensation and analytics.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables and LookUps) and Canva/PowerPoint.
• Power BI experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with national surveys and job pricing tools such as CompAnalyst, Salary.com, RadFord, or similar platforms.
• Strong capabilities in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical analysis.
• Experience with Workday HRIS software is mandatory.
• Capacity to review and process substantial amounts of confidential employee data.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent analytical skills with data sets and precision in calculations.
• Proven understanding of FLSA regulations at both Federal and State levels.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to utilize Excel for calculating and administering incentive plans.
• A collaborative team player who exhibits a positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to ownership and achieving results.
• Capable of effectively presenting and clarifying compensation concepts to audiences at all organizational levels.
