• 2-3 years of experience in managing social media support for brands with high interaction volumes.

• Excellent writing skills suitable for public forums.

• Demonstrated resilience and curiosity in addressing challenges.

• Capability to understand and navigate cultural differences across AU, UK, and US markets.
