Community Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Jerry's organic footprint on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a comprehensive community playbook for Jerry that outlines optimal posting, responding, and engagement strategies for each platform.

• Cultivate Jerry's subreddits into vibrant and trustworthy communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement tactics while maintaining authenticity and utilizing AI where beneficial.

• Work in collaboration with the Growth and Content teams to ensure a unified approach across all channels.

• Analyze sentiment, voice share, referral traffic, and citations from LLMs.

• Represent Jerry with authenticity and foster trust with existing and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Preferably experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing fields and/or regulated industries.

• Proficient in a writing style tailored for platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Capability to deliver genuine value and establish trust within online communities.

• Strategic mindset for developing systems and scalable processes.

• Knowledgeable in SEO and how LLMs reference sources.

• Demonstrated ability to make typically mundane or challenging categories feel relatable, authentic, and engaging.

• Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must be able to work as a full-time salaried employee.

• Experience with Reddit and a proven track record in driving professional organic growth and community marketing is requested in the application.
