This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee, address, and prioritize customer inquiries across various social media platforms.
• Recognize key contributors within the Community (both internal and external) to create Engagement Programs.
• Manage project tasks to ensure completion within specified timelines.
• Utilize diverse business tools to evaluate and suggest data-driven actions that enhance Community health and engagement.
• Assess and aid in the development of customer journey maps to inform Community experiences.
• Create educational resources for various Community-managed environments.
• Proven experience collaborating within large-scale project teams, engaging multiple stakeholders to advance new and ongoing initiatives.
• Familiarity with Community platforms and social media communications within a large organization.
• Previous experience in course development using Brightspace, as well as knowledge of HTML, CSS, Salesforce, and Twitter are advantageous.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
